High level role overview
We’re looking for a dedicated, ambitious people-person to join our Customer Success team.
You’ll be working with a range of our clients and brands with a primary goal of delivering a WOW experience. Some of these brands and clients are many of Australia’s (and the world’s) largest companies such as Asahi, Qantas, 7-Eleven, Mastercard and many more.
Askable is revolutionising the world of UX research, design and many other sectors. This role is key to Askable’s growth and development with our latest offering Askable+.
You will play a critical role in the customer lifecycle by being the connection between Askable+ as a product and our marketplace of research partners. This will include expanding our research partner network world wide, managing and overseeing multiple research projects at once from end to end and ensuring customers have a ‘Wow’ experience.
Using your knowledge, you will align closely with our internal product and leadership teams to help innovate and grow Askable’s product offerings. We’re looking for someone who can deliver the unexpected to really blow our client’s socks off. You will be working alongside the best of the best and reporting to our Askable+ Manager.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing Multiple Projects: As Askable+ continues to grow, we're dedicated to continue building out our team who's main responsibility is ensuring these projects are above and beyond what the client could ever imagine when submitting.
* Growing our +Research Partners: Askable has now conducted research in more than 50 countries and we need to continue growing and nurturing the best Researcher Marketplace.
* Strategise and Grow: Work with clients and researchers to take research projects to the next level. We are experts in the field and need to recommend relevant solutions to help clients achieve the results their actually after.
* Technology Proficiency: Effectively utilising key company systems, including Hubspot, Google Sheets/Docs, and Keynote, to manage and grow business efficiently.
What you’ll bring

Initiative and problem solving. If you’re looking to work for a company that has a whole lotta red tape, 100-person admin team and filing cabinets full of guides and procedures, this will not be for you.
