Community & Events Manager

Your New Role:

As Community & Events Manager, you’ll be working as part of Askable’s Growth team (in partnership with Customer Success) to plan and execute on a variety of different events and community projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and executing events strategies to drive customer engagement and Askable product adoption amongst key clients in Australia and New Zealand.
• Crafting comprehensive and fool-proof run sheets for all events, leaving no stone unturned in the planning phase.
• Meticulously rostering our superb team of researchers, UX experts and speakers to attend in-person and remote events / engagements
• Overseeing smooth 'bump in' and 'bump out' operations for events, ensuring set-up and break-down are executed to perfection.
• Delivering top-notch events that ensure 100% client satisfaction. Our goal is to create memorable experiences that delight and captivate our clients.
• Being on top of all communication and logistics for any ‘outside’ events we choose to sponsor and collaborate with throughout a year (i.e. UX Australia, Design Outlook)
• Working independently, whilst fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and growth.

• Experience: You have a solid background in client-facing account management and/or events management, giving you the skills and insights needed to excel in this role.
• Communication and Leadership: Your stellar communication and leadership skills enable you to connect with clients and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• Networking Pro: You possess the confidence to represent Askable, building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients alike.
• Growth Mindset: Your curiosity and hunger for continuous improvement drive you to seek new ideas and approaches to elevate our events further.
