We’re now on the hunt for a Customer Success Coordinator to take care of our clients to ensure they have the best time ever using our platform!
We are a self-funded, fast growing start-up in the heart of Brisbane - and proud of it! Askable started as a platform built for the world’s best product teams to help them recruit user testing participants. Whether you need them for face to face, remote, unmoderated or quantitative research, Askable allows you to find, recruit, schedule and pay participants quickly and cost effectively. Now, we also offer our clients the option to let us take the reins - saving time and money.
We already count many of Australia’s largest brands as our customers; including the likes of Telstra, Qantas and AGL just to name a few. We're helping the best brands and agencies in the world build better customer experiences faster and when we say “the world” we mean it! Our London office launched last year and our US office is coming soon!
Askable is changing the game in UX design and research. Off the back of a wild year in sales growth, we’re now on the hunt for a Customer Success Coordinator to take care of our clients to ensure they have the best time ever using our platform so they keep coming back for more.
Our Customer Success team is the backbone of who we are and what we do. Our clients look to them for support and guidance - so we’re looking for someone who can deliver the unexpected to really blow their socks off. You will be working alongside the best of the best and reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
Our company culture is very precious and highly valued. It‘s who we are and how we operate. At Askable, culture is more than having Friday beers, company ‘fun days’ and other benefits (sure, we do these things too), culture here is about creating a sense of belonging, and helping every person unlock their ultimate impact at work and at home. We’ve got each other’s backs, and we’re working together to outsmart the impossible every single day.
Don't feel like you've got the right level of experience for this role, but it sounds right up your alley? PLEASE still get in touch 😊
