​Pascal is a Human Centred Design leader, coach, and hands-on practitioner in UX and customer research. His experience spans more than a decade of UX Research and digital product design in startups, agencies and large corporates.

​As an Askable Plus researcher, Pascal works with diverse teams to run continuous discovery projects and transform customer insights into practical solutions for products and services.

Matthew (Matty) Finnie

Senior Product Designer, Paddle

​Matthew (‘Matty’) is a Senior Product Designer at Paddle, a payment infrastructure provider for software companies, where he is focused on improving the sign up and onboarding experience. In his previous role at GoCardless, Matty grew product usage through experimentation, and drove opportunities with continuous discovery.

Outside of work, Matty is an avid baker and has slowly been perfecting his banana bread recipe. He also has a passion for education and personal growth - previously teaching a course on UX Design at BrainStation and mentoring junior designers and those looking to break into the industry on ADPList.

Mark Brown

Lead Product Designer, British Airways

​Currently a Lead Product Designer at British Airways, Mark is an NNgroup certified UX Designer focused on creating experiences and products that balance people, businesses and technology. He is excited by insight led design systems, continuous discovery, and product design.

​Outside of work, Mark loves making & mixing music.
