Roles and responsibilities

Executive Team – The executive team is responsible for creating a culture within Askable that supports gender, fairness and diversity.  The executive team will ensure that the Askable’s commitments set out in this policy extend to all Askable staff, researchers and participants.

All Staff – All Askable staff are required to respect the diversity of the Askable team and treat others fairly.  Where staff consider that behaviour has occurred that contradicts requirements set out in this policy, they will report such behaviour appropriately.
