AI Add-On

You must have an active Track during your subscription term to purchase an AI Add-On.

AI Add-On includes:

Access to AI Query for surfacing insights from the interview repository
Access to Askable’s AI Moderation feature
Access to Askable MCP
Use of the AI Add-on is subject to fair use based on ordinary Researcher token consumption of the included AI features; usage above ordinary levels may be billed at Askable's then-current rates in accordance with the Askable Software Services Agreement.

Additional terms may be required as pass-through terms for this service and the Askable AI Acceptable Use which are available at askable.com/legal/ai-acceptable-use.

Researcher Add-On

You must have an active Track during the subscription term.

Research Add-On includes:

Access to an Askable certified researcher. Allows one (1) live Study at a time on one (1) track to be delivered by an Askable certified researcher.
Askable-lead moderation, research design, project management, and delivery.
Output: insight reports, interview recordings, analysis, highlights, and key recommendations as agreed.

Industry Stream

Platform access on a seat based agreement
Access to new AI-Moderated Interviews per week.
Access to AI Query for surfacing insights from the AI-Moderated interview repository.
Use of the AI Add-on is subject to fair use based on ordinary Researcher token consumption of the included AI features; usage above ordinary levels may be billed at Askable's then-current rates in accordance with the Askable Software Services Agreement.

A data and AI platform comprising a structured repository of industry research and business insight data, including Personal Data and a suite of machine learning-powered features that process and analyse that data to generate data-driven outputs and decisions. Additional terms may be required as pass-through terms for this service and the Askable AI Acceptable Use which are available at askable.com/ai-acceptable-use.

Dedicated Stream

Platform access on a seat based agreement
Access to new AI-Moderated Interviews per week based on customer defined topics.
Access to AI Query for surfacing insights from the AI-Moderated interview repository.
Use of the AI Add-on is subject to fair use based on ordinary Researcher token consumption of the included AI features; usage above ordinary levels may be billed at Askable's then-current rates in accordance with the Askable Software Services Agreement.

AI Repository (for enterprise departments)

You must have an active Track and AI-Add On or Industry Stream during the subscription Term.

AI Repository includes:

Access to AI Query for surfacing insights from the interview repository
Access to Askable’s AI Moderation feature
Access to Askable MCP
Use of the AI Add-on is subject to fair use based on the ordinary scale of the Team token consumption of the included AI features; usage above ordinary levels may be billed at Askable's then-current rates in accordance with the Askable Software Services Agreement.

Definitions for Product Description Schedule

Product means Platform and related restrictions identified in the product description.

Order means an order form entered into between Customer and Askable for specific Products and services.

Platform means the Askable-branded offerings made available to Customers via the internet from equipment owned or operated by or for Askable excluding Industry Streams.

Track means the unit of Studies available in the Subscription.

Studies means a user researcher study or studies conducted by or at the direction of the Customer using the Products.

Live Study means an active study in the Askable Platform.

Moderated Participants means the number of participants allowed to be used in moderated studies.

Unmoderated Participants means the number of participants allowed to be used in unmoderated studies.

Survey Respondents means the number of participants allowed to be used in survey studies.

Team means the internal business subsection of the Customer identified in the Product SKU for the relevant Product.
