‍What is included in this release? 

Set up a survey, unmoderated study or AI moderated study and Askable generates one link you can send wherever your people already are: a customer newsletter, a prompt inside your own product, a client list, an email to your own team for internal testing. Anyone who opens it goes straight into the study.

The account step is gone. Previously, anyone you invited had to set up an Askable account first, which added time at your end and asked a fair bit of your customers before they’d even started. Now they click the link and begin. There’s no account to set up and nothing to download. You decide what details you’d like to collect from them along the way.

What is excluded from this release? 

• Incentives aren’t paid through Askable on BYO studies. If you’d like to compensate participants for their time, that part sits with your team.
• You’ll send the invite and follow-up. Askable isn’t managing participants for BYO studies at this stage, so there’s no list to hand over to us. 
• Surveys, AI moderated interviews and unmoderated interviews only. Moderated interviews continue under the old method, where participants sign up for an Askable account to complete the study. 
• One study draws on either the Askable panel or your own people, not both. To do both, run them as two separate studies. 
• BYO participants aren’t added to the Askable panel, and they aren’t saved as a group you can go back to for a later study.
